Large floating swim raft. The cottage has a large screened in porch living area overlooking the lake, deck and beach area. Beautiful view of the lake. The cottage is comfortable and complete with all amenities: 3 large bedrooms (sleeps 6), full 4-piece bathroom, additional 2 piece bathroom, large living room with 20” Colour TV, satellite, VCR, DVD, CD player, screened in porch living area, and dining room. Newly renovated kitchen (2003) has all the amenities including, stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker. Extra fridge and freezer provided for use by rental guests. All cutleries, cooking utensils, cookware, tableware provided. Propane BBQ provided for outdoor cooking. Fire-pit. Blankets and pillows provided. Linens available at additional cost ($25.00 per week). Quiet area and wonderful lake perfect for relaxing, swimming, boating and fishing. Cottage is located about 40 minutes east of Algonquin Park off of the Highway 60 corridor – 2 hours from Ottawa, 4 hours from GTA. Saturday-to-Saturday weekly rental. Families only. Maximum number of occupants is 6. $250/week non-refundable deposit required upon booking. Balance due 30 days prior. $250 refundable security deposit required upon booking. Rental Agreement.
