Nestled on a gentle sloping waterfront, this charming, well maintained and fully furnished cottage provides a panoramic view of calm, pristine Carson Lake. This 3/4 acre property is situated in a quiet, low traffic neighbourhood, perfect for couples or families. A deck is located on the front of the cottage, providing a gorgeous lake view. The property consists of a large lawn with many flower gardens and private sandy beach with shallow wade access. The weed free shallow wade entry is perfect for small children. Outdoor furniture includes: a picnic table, lawn chairs, hammock, horseshoe pit, paddle boat with life jackets (2 adult jackets and 4 children jackets) volleyball/badminton net and beach toys. There is a fire pit and firewood is provided. Two bedrooms have a double bed, the third has a double bed with single bunk. The living room has a sectional couch which pulls out to sleep 2. Blankets, pillows and a set of linens for each bed is provided at no additional cost. This air-conditioned cottage comes with a 32" TV with VCR/DVD combo, satellite dish, BBQ with propane tank. This cozy cottage is located 45 minutes east of Algonquin Park, 2 hours from Ottawa, 4 hours from Toronto. Saturday-to-Saturday weekly rental. Families or responsible couples preferred. Maximum number of occupants is 9.
