You can use containers such as zip-loc bags or milk cartons ensuring that the fish pieces are completely covered by water. When you thaw the fish, let this happen naturally. Do not force this process of thawing by microwaving or with hot water baths etc. This results in fish that is soft and soggy. If you use this method of freezing and natural thawing, your fish will be firm and very fresh tasting. |
